Recruitment: Crawler Crane Operator (30–250 Tons)

Currently, HANOI VIETNAM CO., LTD. is investing approximately VND 20 billion in crawler cranes and bored piling machines to serve the company’s projects in the Northern region of Vietnam. Therefore, the company urgently needs to recruit 05 crawler crane operators with lifting capacities ranging from 30 to 250 tons, as detailed below:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Operate crawler cranes at construction sites such as the North–South Expressway, Vung Ang Thermal Power Plant, Phu Tho – Tuyen Quang Expressway, and other projects.

2. Participate in yard housekeeping, as well as maintenance, servicing, and repair of cranes at the company’s equipment depot or at construction sites.

3. Take part in lifting operations, assembly, and installation of crawler cranes leased by the company.

4. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors.

WORKING TIME

* Day shift working time: 26 days per month, 8 hours per day.

* Night shift working time: 26 shifts per month, 5 hours per night.

* Overtime pay: VND 50,000 per hour.

* Diesel fuel allowance for equipment:

* 25-ton crawler crane: VND 15 million per month (208 working hours).

* 50-ton crawler crane: VND 20 million per month (208 working hours).

* 70–75-ton crawler crane: VND 25 million per month (208 working hours).
