Recruitment: Construction Site Electrician

Job Description

Electrical wiring installation, signal cable routing, drilling, wall cutting, equipment installation, and providing support for other construction works when required.

– For unskilled laborers: No experience required. The company will provide guidance and training. Work in the construction field with training opportunities to become electrical & plumbing technicians, masons, painters, etc.

– For students seeking part-time jobs: The company supports part-time work arrangements to help improve skills while earning additional income.

– For skilled workers: At least 01 year of experience in construction-related positions. Able to read, understand, and implement drawings according to the assignment of the site manager or team leader.

Working hours: Administrative working hours of 8 hours/day plus overtime. Overtime is paid at a coefficient of 1.5.

Benefits

– Unskilled laborers: Trainee salary from 200,000 – 250,000 VND/day.

– Skilled workers: Salary negotiable based on skill level, from 250,000 – 350,000 VND/day.

– Standard administrative working days; Sundays worked only when required. Overtime paid at 1.5x rate.

– Salary paid once per week.

– Attendance bonus: Full attendance, overtime work, etc. will be rewarded when the project meets requirements.

– Immediate employment available.

– Uniforms and personal protective equipment provided: clothing, shoes, gloves, tools, etc.
