Recruitment: General Accounting Staff

HANOI VIETNAM CO., LTD. is currently recruiting a General Accountant. Details are as follows:

A./ JOB REQUIREMENTS

Responsible for general accounting duties.

– Oriented toward career development to become Chief Accountant as the company expands.
– Perform tasks related to updating and archiving accounting documents; checking and supervising financial inflows/outflows; fulfilling state budget obligations.
– Record and account for transactions arising from company operations: fixed assets, inventory, periodic monitoring and reconciliation of receivables/payables, etc.
– Payment accounting: work with banks, handle cash transactions, make payments to partners, record entries in accounting software, and prepare periodic cash flow reports.
– Tax accounting: declaration and accounting of Personal Income Tax (PIT), Value Added Tax (VAT), Corporate Income Tax (CIT).
– Payroll accounting; accounting for Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, and Trade Union contributions.
– Stay up to date with legal regulations and policies to ensure accounting and financial activities are compliant, accurate, and lawful.
– Develop and improve internal working procedures; coordinate with related departments to build and enhance company processes and regulations.
– Working time: Monday to Saturday.

Candidate Requirements
– University degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related majors.
– Preferred age range: 27–40.
– Solid knowledge and understanding of tax regulations, accounting principles, and financial accounting standards.
